A graduate of Management and Production Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology, he completed postgraduate studies in "Lean Leader Academy – Effective Enterprise Management" at the Poznań School of Banking.
He has worked for over 15 years as a Lean specialist and coordinator in industrial organizations. He conducts training, workshops, and audits for both foreign and domestic clients. He creates, implements, and coordinates lean processes that improve work efficiency, generating financial savings for organizations. He actively cooperates with companies where he has implemented lean projects, improving lean and management processes – always providing advice and support. When working with clients, he focuses primarily on identifying needs, diagnosing them, and then presenting and demonstrating the idea. He holds Lean Implementer, MTM, and Six Sigma certifications. He is a member of the Lean Management Poland Association and INCOSE (International Council for Systems Engineering).
For 7 years he has been the coordinator of the "Academy Smart Production" knowledge and experience exchange platform operating at the Silesian University of Technology. Author of the best Polish workshop game on lean management "Koromo Japanese Workshop". He shares his experience by teaching at universities such as the Silesian University of Technology (Lean Management), WSB Academy (Lean Tools), WSB Merito (Lean Management), and WSE Kraków (Production Management). He has won several international awards for implementing Lean Management tools. In collaboration with Professor Ch. Roser, he contributed to the translation and publication of his first book in Polish ("All about PULL Production"). He has participated in over 100 conferences on Lean Management (also as a speaker). He has conducted over 40 improvement projects for clients in the automotive, FMCG, medical, aviation, logistics and warehousing sectors.
