Certified business trainer, psycho educator, facilitator and manager with 30 years of experience. He has particularly specialised in topics related to emotional intelligence, leadership development, management and organisational communication. He has worked for 20 years for manufacturing, service, construction, and retail companies. He runs development programs for internal trainers and instructors in training and instructional skills.
On a daily basis, he supports numerous managers as a personal skills development coach. He conducts training sessions and workshops based on training games, case studies, simulation games, and other methods that influence attitude, behavior, and leadership change. He specializes in on-the-job training, providing direct support to managers in their natural environment.
From 2014 to 2016, as Director of Management Efficiency Improvement at PKP PLK, he led development projects for several thousand managers. He supported recruitment for managerial and specialist positions. He implemented competency assessment systems and led a multidimensional competency assessment process – the Assessment Center.
He began his professional career in sales, managing a trading company. He has 30 years of sales experience in B2B, B2G, and B2C sales systems, primarily in the IT, electrical engineering, and FMCG sectors. In 2011, he became Poland's first certified field sales trainer for Apple. He co-created sales and customer service procedures for premium brands, working for chains such as iSpot, Atlantic, TOUS, Black Red White, and others.
